If you don't line them up in order and then install the panel, the buttons don't fit right, don't work or produce an error message and you waste time. These letters are hard to see, same gray color as the panel and buttons and you have to know to look for them. ![]() The buttons, which can be from the old part, need to be installed according to the letters thinly embossed on their inside back cover to match the same letters on the back button openings of the new panel. Start by unplugging the dishwasher from its power source and then use a flathead screwdriver to remove the lower access panel of your dishwasher.
